In addition to the textbook steps from Part 1, complete the following steps (after completing step 15 in the textbook) page 126

1. Reopen the Green Clean workbook from Part 1 and save the file as:

Part 2 Green Clean

2. Apply the Berlin or Slice theme to the workbook

3. In the Documentation sheet in cell B4 change the date to Short Date format

4. Make a copy of the Income Statement worksheet and rename it Spare IS The following steps are to be carried in the Spare IS sheet:

5. Clear all formatting in the sheet

6. Delete header and footer

7. Make a footer and in the left section showing file path for the first page only

8. Change the view of worksheet to Page Layout

9. Hide the Documentation worksheet

10. Resave the workbook and close it
