Purpose: Apply methods of data acquisition and analysis for marketing research: Design and administer a marketing research questionnaire. Instructions: Think of a business-related topic that interests you. Imagine that your sampling frame is an email list of all adults age 18+ in your province. Design an 8- to 10-question questionnaire that contains clear programming instructions and includes: A proper introduction A few screening questions to focus your sample Topic questions that follow the tips presented in Chapter Nine A proper thank-you statement Pre-test your questionnaire with THREE other students (not from this class.) After pre-testing your questionnaire, write a short paragraph on how the interviews went. In your paragraph, consider the following questions: Did the questionnaire answer all your objectives? Was the flow awkward? Did your respondents understand the questions? Did the skip patterns work [if used], etc.)?
