For there to be a successful experience and all parties reach their desired expectation certain important factors must be negotiated carefully. Priorities and expectations for the Harley Davidson company must be set for the consulting team to reach allowing them to set proper tasks and goals to accomplish all. A diagnosis will ensure that the symptoms of the much undiscovered issues are located and resolved, along with the plausibility of an intervention. The consulting team will use the opportunity presented by Harley Davidson Inc. to practice and implement their new Strategic Planning intervention. Results gained from the much-benefited collaboration have been negotiated to remain private until two years after completion. The consulting team, the Dream Team, will be compensated a sum total of $750,000 for their work on the diagnosis and an additional $1.3 million if the intervention is a success. The client will be addressed to international strategies and locations that would be best suited for them and their situation. To ensure that the project is operating smoothly and efficiently completion dates will be arranged to assist diversify resources. The consulting team will work in terms commencing on 08/11/2020; Data Gathering research will be concluded by 10/29/2020; Feedback to be concluded by 11/13/2020; and the Diagnosis will be completed by 12/04/2020. Additional staff will be made available to consult with the HDI representative. In order to allow for a full transparent Diagnosis, Harley Davison will be granted any material needed to complete the passage of information and resources. For full collaboration, detailed reports from the consulting team will be released to the client on an agreed schedule along with a full end of term report at the conclusion for full transparency. Should the client feel any signs of unsatisfactory work, a precautionary meeting will occur to discuss the future of the collaboration and any termination will occur after a term completion
