With thefirst question about whom I would agree with, I could look at this frommany different angles.If I amgoing to stay at a hotel and fly an airline because of an illness, is the flight and are the hotels designated for just the sick/injured/high risk people?Going to a hotel to enjoy a spa like environment is the same as going to resort with a spa, I feel.But when you get people involved that are ill or are having aninhancement, they arestill able to get infections and get very sick.Maybe I would sway to the side of being against the hotels chains offering this unless it was specific andtailored to that persons particular need.

Trying to think outside the box on how one could let all customers benefit and I am struggling.Iam having a hard time understanding this, but, I would mostdefinetlyfigure out how the end user would benefit by all users being able to use certainfacilitiiesin certain areas.I would research the doctors and see if they could offer information on the airline and hotels if the customer was interested at all.But from a Marketing side, survey, even have the doctor hand out a survey to his patients that are having any type of surgery where the customer could benefit from such facilities.

Being based in London, Paris, Rio, wherever, I would say it depends on your marketing and after you survey, what areas you find that will produce the most and make most sense.Demographically you would want to find the area that best fits what you are doing.This would also include the geographical end of this as well.
