2. Please give detailed answers, using cites to support your arguments. You will be graded on logic, application of course material and referencing cites including the textbook.
3. Use examples from the textbook to support your answers.
4. You may use other readings, articles and materials as long as you cite them. Simply citing the lecture will not be sufficient to answer the questions.

1. Design a training program for the expatriate managers of a multinational company to help them acclimate with being sent to live and work in Asia. Be detailed. Include elements of program objectives, program design, mode of delivery etc.
2. How will you evaluate the above training program? Be detailed. Include all 5 levels of evaluations.
