A local municipality, Kitchener, Ontario, representing war veterans groups in the community, negotiates with Waterloo University ofcials over a university plan to rename \"Veteran's Memorial Stadium\" after a tech rm, Blackberry. The stadium has had this name for more than 75 years, named to remember Canadian veterans of World Wars One and Two. It was, originally, partially funded by the municipality.
