Question:

Suppose there are two people, Person A and Person B

Person B has already sent microsoft forms link to Person A . So, when person A submits the form by clicking the submit button, person B wants to have that information in the form of row in an excel and also person B wants to have something where they can fill the extra information that can only be filled once person A has submitted the form. Now, when person B completes the information, person B wants to combine the information from person A's form and their own information and send the email to person A.

An example:

Suppose Person A clicks the submit button for the info below

Question 1:

Question 2: Email

Submit

Now when person A submits it, person B wants to have that infiormation in excel as

Column 1 Column 2.

Answer 1 email

Column 1: Question 1, Column 2:Question 2: email

Along with this, person B wants to have another form or something on person'A submission which also asks question to person B

Question 3;

Question 4:

Now once person B completes the information, person B wants to automatically send the email to person A with the email they provided in the form in the format

Subject: weefre

Question1: Answer 1

Question2: Answer 2

Question3: Answer 3

Question4: Answer 4

Also for person b's record in the excel sheet, he should also have questoon 3 and question 4 similar to question 1 and question 2
