Construct the relationship matrix for the House of Quality (Use the House of Quality Template.xls). Complete 1) the customer requirements and technical requirements matrix and 2) interrelationships between technical requirements that is the roof of house of quality. 3) Explain and justify the strength of relationships for the matrix and roof. 4) Develop some managerial insights (at least three) based on your analysis.
