Development Goal

Collaboration and Teamwork: Inspire and Motivate Others, Honesty & Integrity

I would like to work on my ability to develop a cooperative working relationship with other internal customers within the company. This will allow me to work effectively with other leaders in the organization and will provide the opportunity for me to collaborate and gain knowledge on other areas work processes. It will also allow me to share my knowledge as well as bring information back to educate my team on new information. This will allow me to gain trust and respect within my team. It will also open the door to building an environment that supports effective teamwork, and it provides an effective way of collaborating with other internal customers.

Actions/behaviors that I will deliberately practice:

Meet with other Internal Customers such as Marketing, Account Advocates that support NA. Understand their goals and collaborate with them on how their work effect the Call Center.

Attend the Weekly New Business Meetings that start in September. Interact, Ask Questions to better understand new products or new business for NA, and attend the Finalist meetings for new groups.

Weekly Team Meeting and Collaborations- Weekly Discussions- Communicate clearly: and define the organizational strategic goals. Explain the targets of these goals and how they benefit the team.

Set Internal Goals to meet Overall Metrics-Discuss how each teamwork impacts the organizational goals, and FCR scores. Keep the team engaged and focused on the goals & objectives- Discuss the progress monthly/quarterly of the goal results. Motivate and Inspire the team to meet goals by adding in incentives/team challenges.
