Here is the situation:

You are employed by a small business with 275 employees. There have been "whispers" that some employees want to pursue union representation. For your initial post, pick a position. You will either be for unionization or against it. In an email that you plan to send to your fellow employees (all the employees not just those who favor your position with regard to unionization), write three to four paragraphs (four to five sentences each) explaining your position. This is what we call a persuasive message because you are attempting to sway favor to your side. Use at least 3 issues in your email that support your position.
