Determine the project schedule through completion of the following steps: 1. Develop and document a work breakdown structure for the project, ensuring to include sufcient detail to enable effective planning and control 2. Estimate for the tasks the duration and effort, sequence and dependencies required to achieve project deliverables. Document these estimations. 3. Using project scheduling tools and techniques, identify the schedule impact on project time management, resource requirements, costs and risks.
