For this task you are to complete the following activity to demonstrate your ability to manage

You are the project manager assigned to build and decorate a model home for your client (your trainer & assessor playing the role of your client). You are required to develop a project schedule using project management tools and techniques and manage time during the projects. You will need to determine and implement project schedule and assess time management outcomes.

1. Develop and document a work breakdown structure for the project, ensuring to include

sufficient detail to enable effective planning and control

2.Estimate for the tasks the duration and effort, sequence and dependencies required to

achieve project deliverables. Document these estimations.

3.Using project scheduling tools and techniques, identify the schedule impact on project time

management, resource requirements, costs and risks. Provide evidence of the

project scheduling tools and techniques and document the impacts identified.

4. In consultation with relevant others contribute to achieving an agreed schedule baseline, and communicate this to the stakeholders. Provide a copy of the agreed schedule baseline.

Perform the following steps to implement the project schedule:
