Subject: Quality Auditing

As you know, most units will include an exercise based on an audit of a fast food restaurant. In unit 3 we've spent a good deal of effort understanding the differences between the 3 types of audits. As it applies to your fast food restaurant, briefly and without referencing specific standards (unless you wish to):

1) Discuss how a first party auditing strategy might be utilized within your restaurant: a) Describe the goal of the audit system. b) List the participants involved in the audit plan that you create. c) Discuss the benefits and challenges that you may encounter with this system.
