Developing an effective virtual team requires that the organization's leadership make sure that the deliverables are clearly indicated. The move will ensure that even though the individuals do not meet physically, they have proper communication. There is also a need to make sure that the organization has the right individuals to work with, which promotes the team's successful operations. An effective virtual team is highly influenced by the extent to which the organization meets its operating goals using a computerized virtual workplace.There is also a need for the organization to focus more on video calls than chats and emails. The overall information technology is thus vital to performance.
