In my opinion it isn't morally acceptable to subject a prisoner to "enhanced interrogation techniques" using pain, duress, or humiliation. Most of us are taught to treat others with dignity and respect, which I feel should apply to prisoners as well. Yet, there are times that "enhanced interrogation techniques" could be beneficial, such as gathering information that could save millions of lives. Even though a prisoner may provide answers, the interrogator still has to be careful because at times the prisoner may not know the answer or just provide false information to stop the interrogation.
