1. Identify hazards (provide a tentative list of 7 Hazards). 

2. Complete associated records that are required for documenting hazards using Blank Risk Assessment template provided as an attachment (Complete 1form for all the hazards identified for one organisation and repeat the procedure for other organisation using a new form. Hence learner need to use separate form for each organisation). 

3. Assess the risks associated with the hazards (working alone or with others). 

4. Collect evidence to support your risk assessment. 

5. Complete any records that are required for documenting risk assessments. 

6. Identify ways of eliminating or controlling the risks. 

7. Discuss with others ways of eliminating or controlling the risks. 

8. Implement agreed measures to control the risks.
