This week you've learned about selecting and training employees. One of the most critical function in the onboarding process is the proper job placement and training of an incoming employee.

For this discussion complete the following:

• What activities are involved in the selection process?
• Think of the last time you interviewed and/or were hired for a job. Which of those activities were used in selecting you? Should the organization that interviewed/hired you have used other methods as well?
• Do you think the interview process was fulfilling or was it more stressful than impactful?
• What receommendations would you give a recruiters to improve their processes?
