Design a BCD excess circuits that can able to take user input value(1 to 6). The value defines the excess value of BCD excess. 1. Design a sequential circuit. Its output will be a binary value of 0-9. 2. Develop a BCD excess circuits that take the excess value as an input and gives corresponding BCD Excess-N (N is the given user input) output. 3. Design a 7-segment display to show the value of the Sequential circuit, BCD Excess value and BCD Excess output.
