Question:
We learned about different types of dependencies: Mandatory, Discretionary, External, and Internal. In groups, choose a company from Canada that manufactures a tangible product (not a service or software) and describe the type of dependencies that come into play when manufacturing one of their products. You do not necessarily have to talk about all 4 types of dependencies, just the ones that apply to your company, product, and presentation.
Selected Company: Maple Bluff Farm and Selected Product is 2L Pure Muskoka Maple Syrup
Once you have chosen a company and product, describe how it is built and try to understand what type of dependencies they may have during the process. Do some investigating online to see if you can find any info about their manufacturing process, the product, or industry in general. (credit and reference any graphics or info you use)
Things to consider.... Do they depend on other companies and supplies? Do they build everything from scratch? Is there a hard-set chronological sequence of their process? Can they work on multiple parts of production at the same time? Are there hard-set approval sequences needed?
