A stakeholder is an essential part of a project, and it can be a person, group, or anyone who is part of a project. They are the central part of the project; therefore, the project managers need to manage, identify, and solve any issues involving the statehooders. Most importantly, the project manager must connect stakeholders' interests with the project's goal.

The ways that a project manager can manage stakeholders are

• Identify the stakeholder's requirements to run a successful project.
• Identify and respond to any queries for the stakeholder.
• Stakeholder satisfaction and positive response to the project are essential for a successful project.
• Effective communication with stakeholders on regular basis.
• Register and solve issues immediately.
• Promoters should be positive and involved and responsible to make the stakeholder be part of the project.
