You are expected to write a research case study. You will research a case that is related to the law and business. I have posted resources on Blackboard, which are meant to help you locate cases that you may be interested in$.$ A case write$-$up requires critical thinking and effective analyses. Please be certain to include more than just a briefing of the legal issue or case. You must also remember that your paper will center around a main theme, assertion, or idea. Please expressly state what this central theme is$.$ Make it clear to your reader what your point is$.$ For example, you can think critically about a case by criticizing the outcome and supporting your criticism with rational and logical reasoning supported by credible sources. Another way to think critically about a case is to discuss its implications, perhaps those that were unanticipated by the court.
