A control analysis for an industrial water-filling machine.
With 8 nozzles to fill 8 containers of water
The empty bottles are placed in the conveyor.
Activate the program through an HMI
Conveyor starts moving.
When the presence sensor detects the water bottle the conveyor stops moving and a piston extends to retain the bottles in place.
If there is a detection of the bottle, the nozzle will lower to fill the water bottle. (If there is no detection this won't occur)
The valve will open and let water pass
When the level sensor detects it has reached its target
Valve will close and nozzles will retract.
The conveyor belt will start moving.
And the process will repeat until stops or there is an error or can't be completed
8 bottles should be filled at a time for each cycle
(Any suggestions or sensor suggestions are welcome but please let me know why)
