First find the Early Start and early Finish on the Critical Path using the formulas above. 2. To find the Early Start and Early Finish of an Activity. a. ES(Successor) = EF(Predecessor) + 1 b. EF(Successor) = ES(Successor) + D-1 3. For a successor, if it has multiple predecessors, then use the Early Finish of the predecessor with the largest value.
