(b) Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) is a simple calculation approach to determine whether sufficient critical resources (people, equipment etc) are available to meet a predicted level of demand. (i) Table 1 outlines demand in units for a Shirt and Vest. Note here the demand is expressed as units required per month. Table 2 outlines the Bill of Resources and identifies the time needed for items at particular resources. Calculate the total required hours and complete Table 3.
