Writing as Duncan Jones, the manager of Starman Apartments, respond to a recent email

from the tenant of apartment $86-$A concerning a chronically noisy neighbor $($in $86-$D$).$

You should address the situation specifically and professionally. First, offer an apology

and explanation for the ongoing nature of the problem, including a reason for your

staff's unresponsiveness and seeming lack of action$*.($Remember to keep in mind any

legal considerations for the privacy of both your employees and all of your tenants.$)$
