Title - Retail Associate Job Statement/Summary - RA enjoys working with the public. RA will assist customers by providing product recommendations, answering questions, alerting customers to product options and expanding sales revenue by up-selling. Reporting relationship - Reports to Store Owner

Essential Functions - Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet customers as they enter the store and help them to find appropriate products

- Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise

- Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending appropriate products

- Utilize the companys POS system to cash customers out or administer returns

- Collaborate with team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized Job Specifications

- High School Diploma/GED - 2+ years customer service experience

- Ability to work well on a team

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Must be able to work weekends & overtime
