1. Draw the project network using the AON approach. Use a START and/or END nodes as needed.
2. Using the normal times and normal costs:

• Calculate the ES, EF, LS and LF of each activity.
• Calculate and show in the nodes of your AON project network the total slack of the non-critical activities.
• What is the normal (duration) time of the project? 
• What are the critical activities and the critical path?
