Develop a conceptual algorithm that converts the features from the spectra is parts A-C into an electrical stimulation pattern that would be applicable for stimulating the cochlea at different locations along its tonotopic organization. Again, this should be conceptual (ie using boxes and information flow) but should show sufficient detail for someone to understand the concept and understand the rationale for the decisions you made along the way.
