Move fast is a value based on the speed of fast-changing technology that is likely to affect its competitive advantage and culture. The values of Tesla broadly support the differentiation strategy. The innovation software in the Tesla EV enables the brand to maintain its competitive advantage. The organization's culture to constantly innovate enables it to find constant solutions and maintain being the pioneer and the leader in the EV industry (Akakpo et al., 2018). Value promised to the high-end customers is delivered in more innovative ways and at lower costs. The lower-costing EVs showed horizontal and vertical diversification strategies, which led to effective market penetration, and is also a significant Tesla value.

The values focus on speedy solutions to problems affecting the automotive industry and environment. They advocate for an innovative culture requiring highly creative, innovative, and effective interpersonal employees. The values highlight how important it is for employees to be quick in noting the changes and likely trends in the international market and respond to them appropriately. The value also guides the company to develop superior or equal cutting-edge technology to competitors (Okantey, 2013).
