This task will require you to support the implementation of the strategic plan developed in Workplace Assessment Task $4.$

To complete this task, you must:

$$ Access and review the strategic plan document from Workplace Assessment Task $4.$

$$ Circulate the final strategic plan document to stakeholders.

Stakeholders must be the same personnel who were consulted in Workplace Assessment Tasks $2,3$ and $4.$

$$ Assign at least one responsibility to each stakeholder for implementation of the strategic plan.

$$ Initiate at least two human resource development strategies to build the skills of organisational workforce as required by the strategic plan.

$$ Assist at least two stakeholders for executing their assigned responsibility for implementation of the strategic plan.

$$ Develop at least two knowledge management systems to capture knowledge generated within the organisation during the implementation of the strategic plan.
