Need help with the following!

Need to run a program in Arduino were the circuit which main source is AC. This Arduino circuit needs to turn a green LED in Pin 13 when is running in AC and it will print in the Serial monitor "NO DISCREPANCY" , if AC turns off it will run with DC and it will turn a Yellow LED in PIN 12, system should monitor the battery and give updates in Serial monitor of the Load, also needs to print in Serial monitor "RUNNING ON BATTERIES". Other than that it will turn a red light on PIN 10. Please include the flow chart for this circuit. Am trying to get the same function as a Battery Back up. Thank you!
