Please help me write a php code . that does the following.

Provide four widgets on this "substitutor.php" as follows

[1] First Text Area is the input text where users will copy and paste the text. Make sure the text box is large

[2] Second textbox is the input box where users type in a character (it is a consonant). Also large text box

[3] Next to the second text box, add a button called "Substitute".

[4] Hitting the "Substitute" button will replace all consonants in the input with the new consonant users entered. And the output of the processing (new text) will show up in the fourth text area called "Output"
