WHAT IS YOUR OPINION? MAKE AN COMMENT TO THIS POST
Analyzing an audience and anticipating their reaction is extremely crucial for properly conveying the message of your presentation. Analyze your audience so you can make the material relate and appeal to your audience so you gain full attention. Anticipate your audiences reaction, so you can have a response. If you feel your audience might be taken back by something you say then explain your reasoning first. For a business presentation, I think having mostly a visual and audio is most important. For visual, make a presentation that gives the listers something to observe and take in while conveying a message. Having body language to match your tone. For example, if you want the audience to mostly watch and follow the presentation, then small hand gestures toward the screen helps refocus an audiences attention. If you want the audience to mostly follow you, comfortbly more around as you do your presentation and use hand gestures that you would in a simple conversation. Secondly, focus on your audio tone and how thats being percieved. If your dealing with something that might by a touchy subject for some, try using a softer tone with an indirect approach by giving some reasoning before your statement but if its something you feel your audience will agree with, then to try a direct approach with your statement first and reasoning to back it up after.
